I call this my meditation time because there’s just something really peaceful about enjoying your morning lemon water or coffee in the quiet before the busyness of the day starts. ![]() This gives me time to get a few things set up for the day, workout, plan my day, and just enjoy some peace and quiet before the day starts. Some days, I set my alarm later than others (mama needs to rest), but I’m typically up by 5/5:30 am every day. I have always been a morning person so starting my day early comes naturally but that definitely became a lot harder when I had my daughter and our sleep/work schedules changed dramatically.
